Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.

3) Product Information

• We strive to display product colors, textures, and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly represent actual product appearance.
• All Ember & Co. products — including chili crisps, chili flakes, chili powders, and any future seasonings — are handcrafted in Texas in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, heat level, and settling may occur.
• Ingredients, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
• Because many of our products are made with natural spices and oils, slight separation, settling, or clumping can occur and is normal.

4) Orders, Billing & Account Information

• We reserve the right to limit or cancel any order at our discretion.
• In case of cancellation, you’ll be notified via the contact details provided at checkout.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information for all purchases and accounts.

5) Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 48–72 hours, with standard U.S. delivery in 3–7 business days.
• Shipping rates and policies are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
• We are not responsible for carrier, weather, or customs delays.
• Once marked “Delivered,” the shipment becomes the customer’s responsibility.

6) Returns & Refunds

• Food products cannot be returned once shipped.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, contact support@theemberandco.com within 7 days.
• We’ll evaluate your issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7) Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

Our site may include tools or links operated by third parties (Shopify, Instagram, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for their content or policies. Use of such tools or links is at your own risk.

8) Intellectual Property
